Kispiox Village, the home of Kispiox Adventures,lies along Trans-Canada Highway 16, running East-West across Northern British Columbia. We're about 450 km from both the larger cities of Prince George and Prince Rupert.

HOW TO GET TO KISPIOX VILLAGE:
By Car: Leave Highway 16 at New Hazelton (approximately 450 km (275 mi) west of Prince George, 6 h) at the turn-off to Hazelton. Turn north at the Gitanmaax Gas Bar onto Kispiox Valley Road. Kispiox Village is 11 km (8 mi) from the Gas Bar. Rental cars are available in Smithers, 88 km (55 mi) east. Click here for driving directions & map.

By Plane: The closest airport is at Smithers, BC, approximately 88 km (55 mi), 1.5 h east of Kispiox Village. Air Canada partners operate flights from Vancouver and Prince George - see Air Canada's website to see schedules and book flights. Rental cars are available at the Smithers Airport. Alternatively, you can take a coach or public tansportation to Kispiox Village from Smithers.

By Train: VIA Rail operates The Skeena passenger train, running from Jasper to Prince Rupert, with stops in Prince George and Smithers, and many other communities along Highway 16. The closest stop to Kispiox Village is Smithers, 88 km (55 mi) east. VIA is a nationwide network, so connections from large Canadian cities are possible.Visit the VIA Rail website for schedules and fares. VIA does not travel from Vancouver, BC, you have to get to Prince George on a BC Rail train, then travel to Smithers with VIA Rail. Rental cars are available in Smithers, as well as coach service and public transportation.

By Coach: Greyhound Canada operates two coach buses a day along Highway 16. New Hazelton is the closest stop to Kispiox Village. From New Hazelton you can take public transporation. For schedules, check out Greyhound Canada's site, or call their toll-free number at 1-800-661-TRIP.

Public Transporation: BC Transit offers small bus service on weekdays from Smithers, New Hazelton and Hazelton to Kispiox Village. The service is very infrequent: it is strongly advised you contact them before arriving in Smithers or New Hazelton. For more information please call 1-250-842-5165.
